Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further child development coursework is a plus.
• Experience with children in educational or caregiving settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules to maintain a respectful and orderly environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and school staff regarding student behavior and any relevant issues.
• Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a calm and constructive manner, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lunch area.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
• Other duties as assigned
