Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and maintaining logs.
• Complete accurate reports and shift communications regarding incidents and observations.
