Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.
