Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.

• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and on-site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and with clear reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols, monitor facility perimeters and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report conditions affecting operations or access and communicate to site leadership.
