Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct routine patrols of the retail center, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents and requests in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance or security issues; complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Assist with crowd management and guest-service needs during normal operations and events.
