The pay rate is $24.00 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and a program to claim additional shifts across multiple sites. The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, patrols, and access control, with requirement of a valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior and policy violations, and document incidents according to site requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with access control, directing visitors, and communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
