Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, customers, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Communicate with site personnel, law enforcement, and management regarding security concerns.
