Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy is seeking a mechanically inclined, independent team member for part-time facility maintenance across the Seattle area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medication carts and pharmacy equipment, with travel to customer sites and support for deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving skills. Training provided; licensing assistance for WA Pharmacy Assistant License is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish medication carts and pharmacy equipment.
• Replace locks, wheels, drawers, and cart components; training provided.
• Perform light building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Deliver and pick up medication carts and equipment; occasional deliveries.
• Travel locally/regionally to customer sites using company or personal vehicles.
• Assist with equipment inventory management and basic office setup.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Support housekeeping and clean workspaces.
• Assist with special projects alongside pharmacy staff.
• Protect patient information and HIPAA compliance at all times.
