Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks subject to federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to escalation/reporting protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
