Americana House in Lodi, CA, from Michelin-starred Chef Charlie Palmer, is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. This part-time role requires crafting innovative and classic cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining responsible alcohol service.

You will handle drink orders, support bar operations, and work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must have at least 2 years of bartending experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Must be of legal drinking age.
• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Knowledgeable in the use of POS system and accuracy of order entries.
• Must have flexibility in performing different job roles within the restaurant.

Mansioni

• Prepare drink orders for guests in a timely manner according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
• Take food and drink order from bar patrons.
• Collect accurate payment from guests for drinks and food served.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies and secure bank.
• Maintain knowledge of all alcoholic beverages and wines as well as restaurant menus to include ingredients, dish preparation, specials.
• Carry out all server functions as needed.
• Open/close side work and restock as required.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, storage areas; set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tables.
• Maintain organization of liquor bin and bar storage areas.
• Participate in inventory tasks for daily bar service and monthly inventories.
