This role serves as a key ambassador of the bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing high-quality cocktails and personalized service.

You will prepare cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness, handle POS orders, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations while complying with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol and hold any required certifications.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging and memorable bar experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages while making recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all company, health department, and food safety standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties as assigned.
