Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., seeks a part-time Base Manager at the Ft. Jackson commissary in South Carolina. You will support operations, maintain product distribution, and drive speed-to-shelf initiatives.

Travel to multiple commissaries may be required plus coordination with the AM/AS and CAO for shelf max and stock levels. Ideal for a spouse, student or retiree seeking flexible, part-time work.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting commissary or retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage shelves, displays and stock levels on a fast-paced basis.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to support operations at designated Commissary locations.
• Maintain current product distribution and expand new item distribution to meet speed-to-shelf goals.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf maximums and stock levels.
• Stock shelves proactively and secure display activity and demonstrations.
• Ensure shelf management tasks including facings, resets, pricing, tags and coupons.
• Process Vendor Credits and Price Reductions and maintain vendor relationships.
• Communicate store issues to the Area Manager and conduct regular checks for code dates.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and report in-store conditions via company systems.
