Job summary

The Villages of Indiana seeks a part-time MIECHV Clinician to provide clinical oversight and support within the Healthy Families program. You will conduct trainings, document mental health consultations, participate in home visiting services, and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement.

This role engages with multiple counties and requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field plus licensure. Flexible scheduling and a benefits package accompany a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree required in a human services field.
• Current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Evidence of monthly reflective supervision related to mental health consultation activities.

Responsibilities

• Review all enrolled MIECHV-funded families.
• Identify families as clinical high risk by FROG scores, IPV screens, or depression screens or as identified by home visitors.
• Provide individual consultation to each home visitor serving MIECHV-funded families.
• Monitor and identify trends in mental health concerns; report to program management; escalate high risk/safety concerns to supervisor.
• Participate in mental health consultation and reflective supervision trainings offered by DCS or Infancy Onward.
• Participate in evaluation of mental health consultation services as requested by management or DCS.
• Participate in evaluation of home visiting services or MIECHV-funded activities as requested by management or DCS.
• Assist with other Villages of Indiana programs and/or creation of new programs as needed.
