Qualifications

• Experience delivering instruction aligned to Oklahoma standards.

Responsibilities

• Align instructional practices with Oklahoma Academic Standards (OAS).
• Support student learning through thoughtful planning and preparation using sound classroom management practices.
• Attend professional development training opportunities and school-related meetings.
• Remain informed on effective math instructional practices and research-based educational theories.
• Support school-wide instructional initiatives.
• Gather student performance data through observation, dialogue, formative assessments, and summative assessments.
• Design instructional strategies that meet diverse needs of students.
• Maintain updated records of student performance, including grades and assessment data.
• Communicate with students and families regarding student performance.
• Participate in IEP team meetings with students' interests in mind.
• Assist students in adopting behaviors conducive to success in the classroom.
• Attend and actively participate in school events and initiatives.
• Follow school safety and instructional policies as a school team member.
• Assume other duties as assigned for job-related achievement.
