Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Meta Experience Expert in Las Vegas to deliver best-in-class, hands-on demos of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality. You will educate consumers, drive conversions, and support daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of premium retail experience, exceptional communication, and a passion for technology. This is a versatile role with opportunities across part-time and full-time positions.

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert and understand product features.
• Conduct immersive demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products.
• Process consumer transactions using the POS system.
• Achieve goals with a Retail Manager and develop action plans.
• Open/close operations and maintain interactive displays.
• Show up on time and support team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Join our Meta Lab Retail team at the Wynn Resort as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses, & Meta Quest mixed reality to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable & mixed reality technology. You will be the face of our client’s brand while educating consumers and converting demos to new customer acquisitions. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and obsessed with world class customer service.

Minimum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Additional Compensation

What You’ll Do

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

• Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers

Physical Requirements

• Engaging with customers while talking, standing, walking, and conducting demos of our client’s product which includes repetitive use of hands, arms, legs and grasping
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
