Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a Meta Experience Expert for the Wynn Resort to deliver immersive demos of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest, guiding shoppers through hands-on experiences.

The seasonal role runs Sept 13, 2026–Jan 30, 2027, with weekly pay, paid training, travel support, and a quarterly bonus potential. A tech-forward, detail-oriented communicator will excel in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of premium retail customer-facing experience required.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and storytelling skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and on-camera presence.
• Tech-savvy with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories.
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our clients POS system
• Achieve all goals and KPIs; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining interactive displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude and support team goals and daily operations
• Other duties as assigned by management

Join our Meta Lab Retail team at the Wynn Resort as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses & Meta Quest mixed reality to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable & mixed reality technology. You will be the face of our client's brand while educating consumers and converting demos to new customer acquisitions. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and obsessed with world-class customer service.

This is a seasonal position running September 13th, 2026 through January 30th, 2027.

Minimum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $25.00/Hr.

What You'll Do

• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

Skills and Attributes:

• Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
• Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
• Must be results and detail-oriented
• Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
