Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Meta Experience Expert to bring Meta AI glasses and wearables to life at American Dream Mall. You will deliver hands-on demos, educate customers, and drive brand engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

The role is 15-20 hours per week with night and weekend availability, plus potential on- or off-site events. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on customer experience and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client’s wearable and mixed-reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer.
• Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
• Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's POS system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
• Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. When targets fall short, partner with Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
• Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure all displays are functioning, clean, and engaging.
• Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Join our Meta Lab Retail team at the American Dream Mall as we bring Meta AI glasses and wearables, along with Meta Quest mixed-reality products, to life! As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands‑on demos of cutting‑edge wearable and mixed‑reality technology. You’ll represent our client’s brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions.

You will be working 15-20 hours per week, night & weekend availability required. Must have availability for on‑and off‑site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours.

Minimum Pay

USD $24.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $24.00/Hr.

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
