Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, making it easy for customers to locate products. You will create engaging displays and support store operations while maintaining safe, clean, and organized spaces.

You may engage with customers occasionally and contribute to the overall shopping experience. The role offers a set weekday schedule, health insurance options, tuition assistance, and retirement benefits including a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets per Lowe's specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding signage and digital product location info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; keep displays organized.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedules with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
