Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring clear signage, pricing and attractive product displays across Lowe’s stores.

You’ll create eye-catching displays, follow planograms, and support store performance with safe, accessible layouts. This part-time role offers weekday shifts, competitive pay, and benefits such as health insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
