Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant retail merchandising or visual merchandising experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Collaborate with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS on schedule.
• Conduct store visits based on business needs and adapt to retail environment.
• Partner with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.
