Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in State College, PA. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and related items while staying organized on the go.

No experience is required as training is provided; the role emphasizes reliability, time management, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible scheduling and holiday surge hours are expected.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and internet access required.
• Willing to learn and use a company-provided tablet.
• Flexible availability including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise product displays.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate scheduling questions to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during business hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixtures, and product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
