Part-Time Merchandiser - St. Petersburg (Finance)

Coke Florida is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser in the St. Petersburg area and surrounding markets. This flexible role can be scheduled on weekends or according to your availability.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Merchandiser, you will replenish and merchandise products at designated accounts, serving as the primary Coke Florida representative to stock products and maintain customer relationships across various sales channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements according to company standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including shelf space and cold equipment.
• Manage back stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Ensure excellent customer service through communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
• Ensure proper inventory levels, merchandising standards, and account cleanliness.
• Conduct store surveys and communicate account activities.
• Rotate products properly and organize backroom inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, shelves, and sales floor.
• Transport and replace point of sale advertising as needed.
• Maintain punctual attendance and work overtime if required.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, laws, and report unsafe conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Personal vehicle for work use, with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Ability to operate manual/powered equipment and lift products.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years of college or university.
• 1+ year sales/merchandising experience.
• Attention to detail, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to use mobile applications and work independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Push and pull objects and equipment over distances.
• Work in hot/humid environments.
• Stand for 8-10 hours and walk for at least 4 hours daily.
• Use audio headsets for directions.
