Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage retail displays, inventory, and merchandising in various stores. You will interact with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventories with routine resets and installations.

The role emphasizes independence, organization, and strong time-management skills, plus seasonal workload during holidays. You will travel to assigned stores and collaborate with a national network of merchandisers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: expect extended hours and possible weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, fixture builds, and resetting card sections with two weeks’ notice.
• One Team Vision: work within Hallmark's field network to support teammates across territories.
