You will work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory of our celebration products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

Pay

• The starting pay is $14.90 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (subject to change based on location).
• After 6 months, pay increases to $15.70.
• After 1 year, pay increases to $16.50.
• Flexible work scheduling available.

Route and Schedule

This route services retail locations at: 9000 E Indian Bend Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85250; 7920 E. Chaparral; and 8423 E Mcdonald Dr. The weekly average is 10 hours, potentially increasing to 19 hours around holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required

No experience necessary; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation and internet.
• Technological competency to learn and use a company tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekends and holiday work.

Physical Demands

Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the day. Use of a stepstool may be required. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.
