Job description

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. They are responsible for maximizing product inventory and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and organize, distribute, pull, and stock merchandise.
• Build displays, end caps, and place signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders, assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup, and delivery services (including driving and making deliveries when assigned).
• Deliver exceptional service and personalized experiences by greeting customers, engaging, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to grow product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and traffic laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical requirements: walk, bend, stand for 8–10 hours; lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50lbs. overhead.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions during the workday.

Compensation

Pay range: $15.90 – $22.26 hourly.
