We are seeking merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory of our celebration products, including greeting cards, gift wrap, accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay is $13.50/hour, with two increases during the first year (subject to change based on location).
• Pay increases to $14.30 after 6 months, and to $15.00 after 1 year of employment.

Route and Schedule

This route services multiple retail locations at the following addresses: 1447 W Main St, Lebanon, TN 37087; 1029 W Main; 1261 Hunters Point Pike; 1028 E Sparta Pkwy; 6248 Hunters Point Pike; 955 Carthage Hwy; 313 W Main St; 345 S Hartmann Dr; 787 Lebanon Hwy; and 7880 Linwood Rd. The average weekly hours are 5, increasing to around 10 hours during holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation and internet access.
• Technological competency with company-provided tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekends and major holiday days.

Physical Demands
