Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently, coordinating store displays, inventory, and seasonal resets. You will build retailer relationships and represent Hallmark with professionalism on the selling floor.

This role offers hourly pay of $13.00 to $15.00, paid training, voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision), and annual pay increases, with a 5–15 hour weekly schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld digital device to view documents and interpret information.
• Must have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products at assigned stores using a Hallmark device.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and may work extended hours or weekends during holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations and relocations of card departments.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories when needed.
