Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Destin, FL is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently, build retailer relationships, and maintain optimal product placement while representing Hallmark in stores.

You will restock and monitor inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with store teams to ensure timely shelf updates across assigned retailers. Travel between stores may be required with 5–9 hours weekly and weekend availability around holidays.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within the department.
• Holiday support: extra days and extended hours near holidays, may include the actual holiday itself and weekends.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate card sections, and reset displays with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers and support teams across territories.
