As a Merchandiser with American Greetings, you play a vital role in helping people celebrate holidays and special moments, making the world a more thoughtful and caring place every day. Merchandisers work independently across retail locations, organizing and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more.

Pay:

• Starting at $14.40 per hour, with two increases within the first year (subject to change based on location).
• After 6 months, pay increases to $15.20.
• After 1 year, pay increases to $16.00.
• Flexible scheduling, paid training, and 401(k) with company match are provided.

Route and Schedule:

This route services retail locations at 4500 Fm 2338, Georgetown, TX, 78633. The average weekly hours are 10, increasing to about 15 hours during holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Service stores, merchandise, organize product, and maintain inventory.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build relationships with store staff.
• Assist with store resets and other tasks as needed.
• Plan weekly schedules using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and internet access required.
• Technological proficiency with tablets.
• Availability for weekend and holiday work.
