Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently, showcasing organization and time management while building retailer relationships and representing Hallmark in assigned stores. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, supporting seasonal resets as needed.

You will use a handheld device to manage stock, report time, and communicate with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize and monitor Hallmark inventory in stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: handle seasonal demand with extended hours and holiday shifts.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations and remodeling tasks.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support territories.
