Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the St. Louis area. You will stock shelves, update displays, and conduct audits while traveling between locations.

Training and ongoing support are provided, with no prior merchandising experience required. Expect flexible hours totaling a few weekly shifts in your local market. Earn $15.00 per hour plus travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, plus early wage access and a 401(k) with company matching when

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (text/email).
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building relationships with store personnel and management.
• Communicating with District Manager while working independently in stores.
