Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Marshall, VA area. You will independently manage shelves, planograms, and product displays while maintaining client standards.

The role offers a flexible local schedule, travel between locations with paid travel time, and no prior experience required due to virtual training and ongoing support. Benefit details follow as outlined.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
