Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within a designated territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

The role offers flexible local-market scheduling, early wage access, and travel-time pay with mileage reimbursement. You will work in store environments across multiple addresses in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Understand and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
