Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Indianapolis area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits and reports, assisting with store resets, applying tags, and submitting photos via a mobile app.

You will travel between local locations with travel pay and mileage reimbursement; the role offers flexible hours, early wage access, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
