Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within a designated area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and assisting with store refreshes.

The role offers starting pay of $14.00 per hour, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, and a flexible local schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to report accurately and timely via a mobile device.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
