Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within a defined territory. You will ensure products and displays meet client standards, stock shelves, update displays, and perform audits using a mobile app.

The role offers a flexible, local market schedule with start pay of $13.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely mobile reporting.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
