Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently in stores and report results via a mobile app.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement are provided for travel between locations. Flexible local hours, early wage access, 401(k) with company match, and virtual training with ongoing support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with accurate reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently.
