Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards and corporate guidelines.

You will work independently in local stores, stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits and reports, and build relationships with store staff. Starting pay is $14 per hour with travel compensation, flexible hours, and virtual training. Typical routes average 5 hours weekly, with some areas at 10 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
