Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Central City, NE area. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and build relationships with store personnel, working independently in your local market.

No experience required; virtual training provided. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, early wage access, and 401(k) matching where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
