Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Valley City area. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and report through a mobile app, working independently with guidance from a District Manager.

This role offers starting pay at $16.00 per hour, travel pay and mileage reimbursement, a flexible local schedule, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible. Prior merchandising experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate, timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
