Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations across the designated PA markets. You will independently maintain product displays, update planograms, and complete audits to meet client standards.

The role emphasizes in-store merchandising, reliability, and strong communication with store staff and the District Manager. Training is provided, with travel between locations a normal part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
