Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned NC retail locations, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app while building relationships with store staff.

The role offers flexible hours in your local market, travel within the territory, and on-going support with virtual training. Prior merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
