Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Westminster, CA area. You will ensure displays meet client standards, stock shelves, update planograms, and perform audits using a mobile app.

You will build relationships with store personnel, report to the District Manager, and work independently with a flexible schedule in your local market. No prior experience is required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Independently service retail locations to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with your District Manager while working in stores.
