We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to maintain greeting card rack displays for a larger grocer in Erie, PA. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, estimated to be between 3-4 hours every 2 weeks.

The Merchandiser will provide supporttoour Field Service department and our clients, by servicing greeting cards in store(s) within their specified region. This is a part-time, flexible “on the road” position that will report to theField Service Manager. The Merchandiser uses the software One by Movista to document their work. Location services are required to be turned on while utilizing this software.

As our Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Traveling to each scheduled store location every other week, or weekly depending on client need. (Travel time between stores is compensated.)
  • Rotate products from the backroom stock and out to the department.
  • Setting up and taking down seasonal cards using plan-o-grams.
  • Use your own mobile technology to perform required job functions during each store visit; photo of completed display, complete a quick and simple survey following the store visit.
  • Occasionally required to work within a few days of major holidays.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • Merchandising experience in the gift industry
  • Reliability and a willingness to travel between account locations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Access to transportation
  • Use of small manual and powered hand tools
  • The ability to maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to improve productivity
  • Experience using smart phone applications and Excel is required
  • Experience using One by Movista is preferred
