Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Michigan. You will independently manage shelves, planograms, audits, and store resets, maintaining client standards across multiple locations.

No prior experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. The role emphasizes travel within the local market and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for supplemental income and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
