Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the White Pigeon, MI area. You will stock shelves, update displays, conduct audits, and assist with store resets while delivering reliable reporting via a mobile app.

The role offers flexible local hours, travel within the territory, and benefits such as early wage access and 401(k) with company match. No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
