Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Weekend coverage is required with some driving involved.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Ability to build rapport with store personnel and customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Proof of auto insurance coverage required from first day.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products as needed.
• Maintains back room by organizing products and storing pallets.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and coordination.
