Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the New Castle, Bear, and surrounding areas of Delaware to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, perform audits, and report via a mobile app. The role offers travel pay, flexible scheduling, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match. No prior merchandising experience is required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
