Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role is typically 5 hours per week, with some locations at 10 hours per week, in Abilene, TX and nearby stores.

You will receive on-the-job training, travel/pay reimbursements, and the opportunity to earn supplemental income with a flexible schedule. No prior experience required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
