Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards. Route typically averages 5 hours per week (10 hours possible in some areas) with travel between locations and mobile reporting.

The position offers starting pay, travel/mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a flexible local schedule; no prior experience required thanks to virtual training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
